IANA is rationing IP adresses(or more properly IPv4).

changing the chmod of your directories and files will help, something to 755 or 644

777 will not be very good security.

It happened to me. Some hacker injected malicious code into one of my sites and it got flagged by Google.

It's mostly your HOST's job to protect you from that, but many times third party...
