How about selling soloads. I seen soloads sellers selling for that rate of $50 to $100 for certain amount of guarantee clicks. However one first needs to build or have a list to be in the soloads biz.

As others have said, prices will vary wildly based on the quality of the backlinks. I'd personally look for the higher quality services, even if the # of backlinks is low. You'll see better results...
