yes.. i already used their service and already got my company formed in New Mexico and my EIN... applied that to Amazon and other sites i am dealing with and they are no more taking 30% tax with...

I have applied for the Payoneer card and uploaded the required document. I hope it wont take too much time to get approved and delivered.
