Hi,

Let's say your adsense CTR is 10% (10 out of 100 click on adsense) then don't watse the remaining 90 visitors. Send them to amazon through your affiliate links. Text links within your articles...

I think you can definitely mix them together. Test it and see how does it goes. Sometimes you'll find that you make even more with both. This is not squeeze page so it's rather different techniques...

I have had this happen, and it will always come down to the tinyest of mistakes in the URL. Check that you don't have any capitals in the file that are not in the URL. The web doesn't recognize...
