No, unless they have access to your webmaster tools (which really shouldn't be an option for them).

You can get spammy links for other sites but you can't remove another sites links.

The light therapy boxes are actually very good, though I would go for a bigger one instead of the smaller cheaper ones.. You get what you pay for.

I am aware that they work and are not just a fad...
