RE: Should we start with advertisers or publishers to create an ad platform?

I think the first thing you need to do is offer and publishers. When you will have at least something to offer then you can connect advertisers to your network

Re: Should we start with advertisers or publishers to create an ad platform?

I am an affiliate marketer, I currently hold
multiple websites promoting offers as well
as running affiliate ads on social media.

The chicken and the egg is the OFFER.

Without that you...

RE: Should we start with advertisers or publishers to create an ad platform?

Hey there

You can start as a reseller until you have enough publishers sign up.

Not all networks have 100% fill rates but you will struggle to keep/attract publishers if the fill rates are too...

Re: On average, how many views or prospects = a sale?

There are a lot of factors. You could have a sales page that completely stinks and nobody will buy.

Are you getting the targeted traffic that you need. This goes with your description in the...

Re: On average, how many views or prospects = a sale?

The way I read this is:

You had 3,090 visitors to your product site.
116 visitors became leads (free sign up/trial?).
6 of your 116 leads purchased the product.

In the end, you have...

Re: On average, how many views or prospects = a sale?

I'm going to use this month as an example.

Novembre = 25 prospect = 593 sessions = 3 sales

So you paid for 593 uniques (I'm assuming you're paying for traffic).

You got 25 people to sign up...

Re: On average, how many views or prospects = a sale?

It depends on how targeted the traffic is

You can bring tons of junk traffic to your site--and sure this might result in a sale or two.

However, if you get targeted traffic to your page, then...

Re: On average, how many views or prospects = a sale?

Unfortunately, the results you have shown are totally unpredictable.

Comparing your "formula" (515 sessions = 20 prospect = 1 sales) to the results for October makes everything look right.

But...

Your arithmetic, while a bit rough, is fine.

As for your second question, the answer is yes - IF nothing else changes. If anything changes, and it most likely will, re-read Sid's answer...

Re: On average, how many views or prospects = a sale?

If 1 out of the 20 people buy then it's a really good product.

But if you only get 20 leads from 500 clicks then you have to change your landing page.

If you want I can make one for you for...

Re: Bing Ads Optimisation

Also are you direct linking to CPA or is it your own product/site? Conversion very much depends on the site, how well it's designed, the relevancy of the keywords and landing pages.

Re: Bing Ads Optimisation

I think it will be difficult to make an ROI. You are using generic keywords in a highly competitive niche direct linking to a CB product.

With an avg CPC of $0.61 it will cost $61 to get 100...

Probably best to sell it yourself and set up your own affiliate program.

I think you've answered your own question there. There may be other products that are related to the same niche but perhaps they have a different angle which is why they were approved.
