The only outsourcing I do is through fiverr and only for small things. The work isn't always perfect but if it saves me 3 hours then it is worth the $5.

Just because a site is getting lots of traffic doesn't mean it is getting targeted traffic. I think one way would be to look at the comments left on the blog/articles and how relevant they are....
