The recent google "slap" was only evident in PPC campaigns... and even that was hyped up by some people..

Are review sites still worthwhile?... HELL YES!!!! especially in the organic search...

I use a simple program that makes the redirect page for me, it works like a charm. I believe its called cloaker shadow.

Edit: don't forget to add a tracker in it like Google analytics or...

That's right!

Do a Google search for "301 redirect"

The first result in the US has a very good tutorial for all sorts of methods...I prefer and use the php method.
