Yes i do.

Basically when i need to force myself to do something to build a new habit. I reward myself everyday i succeed. Simple things like watching my favorite tv show, spa etc.

It is actually a good idea to set up rewards.

From a psychology standpoint, experiences will make you happier than posessions.

So possible rewards:
- Nice dinner out
- Vacation

Client always expect easy, understandable report. Any format is okay as far as it fulfills client expectations. MS Excel, we prefer most of the time showing all the data visually.

I don't really care, but professional-looking PDF is always a good choice.

What I care about: the report should not be too long, and should not include a ton of random statistics or numbers that...

I always use doc file while creating any report to the clients. And it also depends on clients what he is asking for. I always go with manually generating report. I try manually rather by any tool.

I use MS Doc and MS excel for SEO report. However, I prefer clients choice first.

Most of my reports are send in plain text format, I never had any complains.

A PDF looks more professional of course but in the end it's all about the results that bound clients.
