Well that's true, but it can't hurt to AB test and start segmenting which audience you think is suitable.

Yes Google Ads is almost always better.

I would probably run facebook ads that target those that follow certain people - like those with large followings that teach SEO?

I'm assuming you're offering SEO services. If so, perhaps targeting webmasters who are actively doing SEO is the wrong approach. You really want people who aren't doing SEO or are unsure about how to...

what I am observing there are no social signals at all, no off page SEO and that why it's not ranking for any keyword....
