What kind of traffic does the site get?

How old is the domain?

Have you started monetizing it?

These need to be addressed before you can put a value on it.

3 - 5 times the income of the site. otherwise if you offer hosting and domain you charge about $1,000 - $5,000 depending on quality etc etc. All estimates based on other websites for sale. But...
