I've produced WebCEO reports for prospective clients in the past. I wouldn't worry about clients knowing that you are doing the work with 1-click, just like you shouldn't worry...

You can set either Rank Tracker or AWR for "human emulation" where it will pause at it is searching the SERPS and prevent that temporary Google ban. Rank Tracker also allows you to load up proxies...

Ideally you would want different class c ip addresses. So, if say you had a vps in one datacenter and it got an ip address of 23.2.45.103 and you added an ip you would probably be in the same ip...
