I have a FB page with 10K likes. It's worthless, since all I did, as an experiment, was to see if I could get 10K likes in 5 days. I did. I don't think it's had one like, since then. lol

Adfly isn't the best quality, I would stay away.

If you can do paid traffic, I would look at Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, or maybe even PPV.

I also think that Facebook ads can help you a lot. It's one of the best ways to target to the your exact audience. I would use a squeeze page before suggesting the site to them via email follow ups....
