They banned my account too :/ Try google forums you will not face bann there. and yahoo answers don't traffic much traffic so i don't answer questions any more :)

Can't say about both I am using mailChimp free account. Best for first 2000 subscribers and you can send monthly 12000 emails. after that you can upgrade. Mailchimp is best for me.

few months i was offering same type of service on fiverr I build them 8 web 2.0 properties for 5$. but one more thing I use to spun 4 articles one time. 4+4=8
