WMM only produces files in a .wmv format but you can upload them to YT or easily convert it to mpg4 if you're hosting it on your own site.

Kim, you can go directly to Microsoft's website and download the version for your OS. XP uses a different version than Win7, as an example.

This style of video can easily be made using Windows Movie Maker.

Break the shots up into sentences and make the text fill the screen. Center the text and be sure to proofread it. Twice....
