I think it has a double purpose for them. 1) So they know the type of campaign that you are running 2) So they can make more money than .015 / impression by making some categories more expensive....

1) I promote both Clickbank and CPA on LeadImpact. My recommendation to start is CPA. I would choose offers from the $4-$15 payout per lead. They are much easier to convert than sale type offers.
