I use Aweber but I've heard a lot of good stuff about getresponse too. Just stay away from Mailchimp since they don't allow affiliate marketing.

Thanks for all the responses. Since I haven't done any outside SEO on the site I'm sure it's not penalized. If nothing changed except the rankings then I don't think it is internal keyword problems...
