As long as Google has indexed them on your site, there's no harm in putting them into an article directory.

There's no point in putting them into any directories other than Ezine Articles, though,...

Just got a reply from Paul that he has removed the offending page.

So it will likely clear up shortly.

I'm not getting the error in Firefox but still in Chrome.
