Pretty typical. Forums need to be moderated. They are a pain in the butt to run. You constantly have to clean up after spammers and ban them and there's a never-ending supply.

Why don't you test it with a smaller version? Kind of build a lite version of the product, slap together a sales letter and launch as WSO.

You don't need hundreds of affiliates to make your product launch a success.
All you need is 1-3 affiliates with a big list.

You need affiliates in order to generate sales. Personally, I don't think you should launch the product without affiliates.

Affiliate can bring you a new leads and customer for your future product.

To find affiliate that will work for you,
1. you can create affiliate contest
2. offer JV to people that have list....

A lot depends on where you got these subscribers and how you got them. Non targeted subs you got giving away freebies will be worth far less than those who have purchased a product in your target...
