Press releases never hurt. The earlier you start the more authority you accrue. Submit to prlog.org, pr.com, and free-press-release if the $20 is a problem. Submit at least every month if possible.

Very smart plan. It does just fill the bill. We did smaller pilot projects and they worked out better. There were no surprises in production.
