In my opinion 4% can be both good and bad!

If the leads are being bought (solo ads, fb ads, adsense, etc...) you want
to be breaking even so you won't drain your pockets while building a solid...

4% is a little short of what I'd expect from a warm lead but in the self-improvement niche you probably won't ever find yourself north of 15% so I would consider 4% very solid with some definite room...
