Hi,

You should use the H tags for sure. Make titles and sub-titles, and use them in hierarchical order.
As for bold / italics / underline IMHO this is irrelevant. And your ALT tags should be...

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that permalink. For the most part, if you try and make things as natural as possible without adjusting for the search engines, you will avoid search engine...

really you want it to give a quick overview what the page is about with a good call to action.
