it'll keep on pumping traffic better if that pin is in some popular group boards as well. Try to join few related ones and also post those pins there and of course keep coming up with new ones :)

usually just for image tags style="max-width:100%;height:auto;" is enough, but again it's about the container...

I think your colours and fonts are all over the place, no offense...

dark background won't do any good in your case, not sure what you're trying to archieve with this layout, meaning...
