the only problem with those services is that it leaves a footprint...

you need to use randomness... multiple different account names, ips (proxies)...
but they definitely save a ton of time

Personally I think that they best of those are RSS Bot and Social Bot, the biggest drawback is that you have to enter a ton of captchas. You will get some nice backlinks though.

Ok, just making sure you weren't using the Google KW Tool for your numbers, because if you were I'd tell you to divide them by 5 or I'd have offered provide more realistic search counts.

Just because you have found a keyword with decent searches and no competition, it doesn't mean you should go after it. If there is no commercial intent with a keyword, then trying to create a market...
