I'd consider scaling down the orange header text near the top. You need to differentiate some of that large text or it runs together. Other than that, it looks spot on! Well done.

From my experience the best way to monetize your blog is to create a product like an e-book. I have done it with my Twitter Marketing E-book and I recommend all bloggers to try and create their own...
