That is a simple funnel to make money online.

You can really get creative when building your own Funnel Online.

Some people would also have an Upsell after giving the visitor the free stuff....

You're on the right track using LEAD PAGES as this takes away all the hassle
of designing a professional lead capture page.

You can add and TEST various titles to see which one converts...
