If you get them to pay by escrow, then the transaction will be safe. Because escrow will take responsibility if they used fraudulently obtained funds.

Alan has it right, just replace the current path to the the image to the one you want.

Right now the path /images/ads.gif is pointing to the themes image folder. So you can upload the new image...
