1. Don't forget to build high quality sites. This is very important. On average I have 2000+ words of content on the homepage + at least another 5-6 pages...

It's impossible to guarantee page 1 rankings in a month (or any other time frame as such), but what I normally do is this:

1. Start with a press release on launch.

You could still check the Yellow Pages website. A lot of brick n mortar businesses list their business on it.

Another good source is yelp.com.

Try the local Chamber of Commerce website. Members listings will usually have their website there if they have one.

Opens up fine on my IE here...besides you're not using https on the site...you shouldn't get a certificate error...try it in some other IE on any other m/c..coz it opens up fine on mine...
