I agree with Jassen. I use the same strategy. It's better to have a fast response time and put your gig on pause to focus on the current buyers then take a day or two to get back to someone. I know...

High volume.

If people are offering 1 piece for $5, offer 2 pieces.

Also, offer a video that steps the viewer through your creative process.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, the QUALITY has to be there.

Fast, one day service. Most of the established sellers charge extra for one day service.
