As a long time customer, yes it is worth the membership cost (as you also receive all other themes, plugins, updates and an unlimited personal site license). Easy to use, yes but that's subjective....

That strategy could work well in a lot of niches. Hair salons and restaurants would be two I work with that I see could benefit a lot from the strategy used by Dunkin Donuts.
