Very difficult to attract and keep qualified candidates. Those who can do the job are already being well paid to do it.

I've set up an agency for a management consulting firm, and it took 3 rounds...

Leaving aside the technical question about the h2 tags (no idea what that means). The copy is OK. It's not noticeably cheesy or hyped up. Although I wouldn't have said "shocking bonuses," why not...
