Yeah. You can on Adcenter. Adwords you can't cause they detect it as a bridge page. So if the advertiser demands you run ads with your own domain, just have them forwarded to your affiliate link.

I'm mixed between both. I usually start the same campaigns on both networks and watch to see what converts. Traffic differs from both and I like Adwords autobid function after about a week of running...

no problem. You can't really "lose your shirt" if you set before hand how much you are willing to spend each day. But I always have bidded per CPC rather than 1000 views at the beginning. I guess...

Every ad I have put up has direct linked. Haven't had any problem with that. One thing that will get your ad rejected quite often will be that they "say" you are suppose to have everything you want...
