Re: How is this site updating daily?

The Sitemap is set to tell Google that the homepage content changes daily. That doesn't mean that the content actually does change every day. Frequency is one of the options in the sitemap plug-in....

Re: Backlinks from Crazy sources

I will add my few cents...

I come from non-English country. During my last 2 years my main(only!) backlink strategy was adding forum profile backlinks(mostly from Angela). As you can imagine 100%...

Re: Backlinks from Crazy sources

just because a backlink isnt relevant, doesnt mean its not potent for SEO purposes.

if you had a micro niche, and had to have every single backlink related to your niche to rank, well you would...

Re: What WP theme is this site using

I do know a lot of those free themes have a lot of hidden backlinks in them, I think thats why guys put them out for "free"
those links can be removed. I can easily remove the ones in the footer

Use What WordPress Theme Is That? (http://whatwpthemeisthat.com) :)

The site you mention doesn't use WordPress (shock! horror!). It's custom HTML which could have been written with any number...

Re: My New KW...Tell me If it will work?

I would go after those keywords, not all low search KW's are duds. If you can rank 12 articles on the first page of Google from one domain you'll get additional traffic from other related search...

Re: My New KW...Tell me If it will work?

There are certainly advantages to hosting and a domain, but there is no reason to berate someone for not going with that model. You can be highly successful without every using your own domain.

Re: My New KW...Tell me If it will work?

What a lot of people appear to be missing is that those 1,600 searches look like GLOBAL searches to me. Look next to those figures and you will see 880 and 590, which look like LOCAL search volume...

Re: My New KW...Tell me If it will work?

That's not true. I have a keyword that Google keyword tool says gets 1000 searches a month. I'm ranked #10-11 and I get about 150-180 visits a day, 300-400 page views a day. There's crazy long tail...

Re: My New KW...Tell me If it will work?

Starting out, I don't think those numbers are too bad. Especially if you build up and rank for a lot of keywords with those search figures. The CPC isn't that bad either for a beginner but search and...

Re: 50% + CTR has me Nervous

Most of those clicks aren't valid and you're not getting money from them. But it looks like your cpc is down because you're real earnings are just being displayed as average over all the clicks, even...

Re: 50% + CTR has me Nervous

There's no data for that term being searched on Google. You need to do better keyword research. Something like "liposuction nyc" is better, but it is harder to rank for. How do you go about your KW...

Re: 50% + CTR has me Nervous

I think for that many clicks if it was click fraud from one loan clicker you wouldnt be getting credited for those clicks as Googles technology would flag it fast, but I couldnt be sure?

Maybe you...

Re: 50% + CTR has me Nervous

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Does this normally happen a lot with the particular site? It also depends on your niche. Today for instance I have a site that's 85% CTR and it once was 125%. I...

Re: 50% + CTR has me Nervous

I mean...if your usual CPC is $1, did your adsense account get credited with ~$27 from those clicks?
If one person is click bombing your site, it will count all of...

Re: 50% + CTR has me Nervous

I had that problem and got my site banned, so it is something to worry about.

A possible solution would be to add a frequency cap, so a user can only get an ad once. If you can't do that with code...

Re: Adsense got me Paranoid.

The content, on-page optimization, and backlinks will trump the domain name. An exact match domain name is just a little "bonus boost" in rankings.

Keyword stuffing will not help your ranking. ...
