I would advise "against" hosting customer sites on your single shared hosting plan. It raises concern for security issues. It's also against many web hosts' terms of service.

Forget about Google PPC. With $100/m you won't go anywhere. Facebook PPC is cheaper still you have to know how to manage your campaign to get the best results.
