You probably clicked on your site in the Safari browser, so Google will automatically rank it higher for you. Clear your cookies in Safari, and you should see the same ranking as in Firefox.

Clear your cache on each and try again?

Or forget the browsers and use something like Scroogle.org.

I'm thinking it is just a coincidence. Have you checked the first one again? It's possible that the rankings have changed.

Do you continue to get two different results?
