I track every hit from All Inclusive ads and 95% are from unique, American IP addresses. I also also enrolled my brother into AIA and have personally looked at his tracking results on his computer...

I use bit.ly links in my youtube videos. I can then login to my bit.ly account and see which videos are getting links clicked in the descriptions. This is a great free way to do it.
