No. I suggest you read their TOS carefully first and check those examples they recommended. Generally, top part and right sidebar are most heated click areas.

Yes, you *can*, but you should not, if you want to rank.

Google has implemented a layout penalty, where, if there are too many ads and there is too little relevant text "above the fold", your page...

Yes, you are allowed to put adsense directly below the title of the post.
It's one of the most common spots to place adsense.
