I would suggest writing your own or hire a writer to create one for you.

People could be disappointed if they download your report and it's actually something they've read before, word for word.

Reports are great, but consider putting a CPA offer there instead where maybe they can "get a free iPhone" or visa card, etc. It's good value for them, plus you'll earn everytime someone submits...
