A few items 1)Unacceptable first byte time over 7 seconds - probably a bad host but try this before moving:2)experiment with some of the javascript to footer plugins. Too much of that loading early....

Yes, it's very noticeably slow-loading for me: about 9-10 seconds. (I'm using Firefox 32.0.3, but I'm on WiFi and although the connection's meant to be 150Mb/s, the WiFi isn't always perfect).
