EPC is all that matters..

Some CPA network give $5 on a simple email submit, but if you run the same offer on another network(CPATank) you will get a lot higher EPC..

Same rule to all...

I guess you mean their CPA network, because they have a advertising network too, where you can advertise on publishers websites. I have tried that network, and it gave me some insane ROIs.
