Yeah, thats why it's taking so long then. 0.85 mbps is not much.

1 mbps = 7.5mb per minute (if i remember correctly)

550MB / 0.85 mbps -1.43 hour upload time.

200MB is ok. I've had some products with downloads of that size and no one seemed to have a problem. So they should be ok.
