I think it could use some spacing/padding between the sidebars and center content. Just seems to "stuffed" together. Seems everything is a little to close together. Course just my opinion :)

yes you can write both, but you will always get redirected to one or the other because that's how the DNS is setup.
All DNS usually have auto "www" redirects included. Personally I don't use them...

I use neither. Instead, I use "wow".

WOW.example.com
I prefer the second one. The "WOW" just jumps right out at you, doesn't it?...

Doesn't really matter. There is NO "best" or "worst".
FYI: it is obsolete, so you can go with non-www... (in other words: www is a remnant of the early days of the web: world wide web)
