Based from experience, once my site been busy with bots coming in, in matter of minutes Google will index it everytime new article being posted.

It took me up to 2-4 months to build a busy site...

IMHO, Don't stop building backlinks in a consistent manner.

I've experiment one of my site, used to rank on Google's 1st page (In dancing mode), once I stopped building backlinks, it disappeared...

Agree with oscarkool, it is better for you to bookmark deep page rather than bookmark your main page. From that trick my site got indexed within minutes. But make sure you have a unique content with...

Go for XSitePro, kinda expensive but I think it is really worth it. However, I'm comfortable with Dreamweaver.
