Can you do a quick sample phote of the front of a house....have a photo on the spot.....mark a few notes with a sharpee....tape it...

I think flat rate is better..... keep it simple.

That being said, a sort of sliding scale can be applied. The bigger companies with more money can be given multiple opportunities to pay more.

A few years back, it was only a couple hundred dollars.

On a regular Patent, you have to be a couple of steps along...

Plug the business name into the header of the demo site and give them a taste.

If it's a business that can use coupons, make sure there's a link to a coupon.
