Yeah maybe that's part of my problem... I create seperate ad groups for each and every keyword. Makes for really tight ads but LOTS of work on the front-end and lots of time to maintain moving...

This is interesting.... I'm definitely hearing people charge for account(s) setup and keeping them active but no-one who offers it as a fully managed service?!
