Your best bet for getting top dollar on these domains is to approach the end-user (business owner) crowd, especially for the MusicCds.co site. You may have a tough time selling these to internet...

The double underlining is usually a sign of a contextual advertising link. Kontera is another of these 'in line advertisers'.
