I'm in MAPS and I can see how the figures work out and they are just fine and get better every time I look at them - eg I can hit the magic 1200 CPs in 8-9 months when I start with 100 CPs bought out...

In my experience the top ones are Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and You Tube.
You need to make sure that your audience from each is targeted to your niche otherwise you're wasting your time.
