Get involved with relevant communitys whether that is a Facebook page or a forum that is dedicated to the medical world.

Also don't rule out any form of paid traffic, you will be able to target...

Hi Circleofdocs, You would need an input system where you could put all of your clients details into a database. (about 5 minutes work), you would then need a method of sending texts, emails etc....
