Hmm.. if google omitted your content on serp then probably it sees it as duplicate content. As much as possible make sure to make your content more unique. You might want to check your site and see...

Nope. That might help with the sales, but it's not guaranteed.

Get better or more backlinks to your content than anyone else and it will be in Google, outranking everyone else.
