As every one is saying to disavow your harmful backlink to webmaster tools, and if can do then try to update your web content and your meta titles and description.

Well, Google will ignore all those bad links if you have more quality backlinks for your website. Diavow only those links which are of now relevancy to your website or have high spam score but...
